Zenless Zone Zero Launches On Xbox Series Consoles With Version 2.0 Update In June

HoYoverse has announced that Zenless Zone Zero will officially launch on Xbox Series X|S in June 2025, coinciding with the rollout of the Version 2.0 update. The game will also be available via Xbox Cloud Gaming, allowing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to access the game without requiring downloads or a console.

Zenless Zone Zero Coming To Xbox Series X|S

The Xbox version of ZZZ includes optimizations designed to take advantage of the hardware, offering native 4K resolution at a stable 60 FPS framerate, support for DirectX Ray Tracing, and HDR functionality. Quick Resume will be supported, allowing players to switch between games without extended loading times. Besides that, the Xbox port will also feature controller-specific adjustments, including tailored vibration feedback during combat; cross-progression is available, along with flexible server selection across platforms.

Version 2.0 introduces a new story chapter set in Waifei Peninsula, combining urban environments with Hollow exploration to expand the game’s narrative and world-building. This update follows gameplay refinements implemented since the game’s global debut in July 2024. As a quick reminder, Zenless Zone Zero is already available in platforms including PlayStation 5 (Pro), PC, iOS, and Android. As of today, players can now wishlist the Xbox version of the game via Microsoft Store.
